Product Features产品特点:航空合金网自2017年发售以来,表现出极高的稳定性,至今未有生锈或氧化的投诉,非常适用于沿海城市,其突出的抗腐蚀性能备受好评。尽管铝合金的韧性和强度不及304不锈钢,但其与型材接触不会产生电化学反应,而304材料则可能加速铝型材的氧化或自身生锈。虽然铝合金的抗拉强度仅为304不锈钢的四分之一,但仍支持使用螺丝固定,且使用寿命不受影响。首批订单已近10年,产品未出现老化或破损,仅粉末有轻微褪色,不影响防护功能。该产品通过了高温和低温测试,能在60℃的高温环境中长期使用且结构稳定,在-25℃的低温下也不会断裂。
Aerometal Mesh, launched in 2017, has shown exceptional stability with no reports of rust or oxidation, making it ideal for coastal cities due to its outstanding corrosion resistance. Although aluminum alloy is less strong and tough than 304 stainless steel, it avoids electrochemical reactions with profiles, unlike 304, which can accelerate oxidation or rust. Despite having only a quarter of the tensile strength of 304, it supports screw installation without affecting its lifespan. After nearly 10 years, the first batch shows no signs of aging or damage, with only slight powder fading that does not affect protection. It has passed high and low-temperature tests, remaining stable at 60°C and unbreakable at -25°C.
